CrossFit’s biggest challenge

Yeah, yeah, I go to Planet Fitness, I know.

But this guy took the cake.

First, we were lifting next to him, and he starts swinging dumbbells to the side.

Not raising.

SWINGING.

As in – the slightest twitch and one would’ve gone flying across the gym at someone’s head.

Then, he’s doing some bizarre up-down-back-forward motion he’s watching on a screen.

Even if this dude doesn’t hurt himself, he’s gonna hurt someone else with this nonsense.

Lifting weight – especially heavy weight – is about controlled motion.
